Whereas Sh. Kanwar Singh & others, in collaboration with 1000 Trees Housing Private Limited, are in the process of undertaking the development of a group housing project over land measuring 13.078 acres situated in Sector 105, Gurugram in accordance with the provision of License No. 127 of 2012 dated 27.12.2012 granted by the Director, Town & Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh.
And whereas several individuals have made bookings or entered into purchase agreements for the allotment of units in the said project.
And whereas the building plan for the said project is now proposed to be revised, accordingly, the Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh, has granted its in-principle approval vide memo no. ZP-863/AD(VK)/2024/10769 dated 27.03.2024 for approval of revised building plans in relation to the said project.
And whereas the office of Director, Town & Country Planning Haryana, Chandigarh, has required seeking objections against the revision of the building plan as a pre-condition for allowing such revisions in the building plan.
Accordingly, vide this public notice, objections are hereby invited from allottees of the said project on the proposed revision of the building plan of the said project. A copy of the earlier approved building plan bearing drawing no. ZP-863/SD/(BS)/2013/45791 dated 15.07.2013 and the building plan now proposed to be revised along with a copy of the in-principle approval bearing memo no. ZP-863/AD(VK)/2024/10769 dated 27.03.2024 are available for perusal on our website, www.1000treesgurgaon.com. The revised building plan can also be perused at the office of the undersigned at ATS Tower, Sector 135, Noida -201305 or at Site office or in the office of the Senior Town Planner, HSVP Complex, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana.
Any allottee having any objection to the revised building plan may file his objection in the office of the Senior Town Planner, HSVP Complex, Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana, within 30 days of the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the proposed revision in the building plan.
